The Curriculum of the school reflects its Aims and Ambitions . The Experts in the APSACS Secretariat at GHQ have Scrutinized the Curriculum , which gives special weightage to major subjects . Science , maths and english are the core subjects and are given maximum number of periods per week.
Our Curriculum is mainly based on four systems , OUP , FEB , and PTB upto class VIII. In matric the Curriculum designed by the Federal Board and Punjab Textbook Board is as follows:
All subjects are taught in English except Urdu and Islamic Studies to develop students language skills.
Maths is an essential skill , which develops reasoning and logic and aids the study of science subjects later on . Thus Maths and Science are given more emphasis in the time table. We endeavour to develop mathematical minds right from the earliest classes. Maths is included in Core Subjects.
Separate Labs for Junior , Middle/Senior Wing Students are a Significant feature of APS&C Sialkot Cantt.
Urdu Curriculum which has been designed by the Federal Board and PTB is being followed for SSC exam. Besides this, the students are also prepared for GCSE O Level's examinations.Where they need thorough learning and critical anyalysis. In GCSE O Level's examination our 100% students achieve A grade in Urdu.
To Enhance awareness and interest in World around us , Social studies is taught upto class VIII.
To get better understanding of our religion , Arabic clasess are a great help . it is compulsory to study Arabic along with Islamiyat , upto Class VIII.
